Interested in Buying Wholesale from us?
Dandy Discount would like to thank you for your interest in becoming a wholesale buyer of our products. Most products available in our Retail Catalog are also available to our Wholesale customers. There are some products (ie. some Closeouts) that are only available retail. There are also some products (ie Some Disney products) that are ONLY available to our wholesale customers.
What are the minimum purchase requirements?
The minimum purchase requirement for wholesale orders is only fifty dollars. Most all of our items can be ordered in single piece quantity, so that you may sample the product before committing a large amount of money into stocking that item for your business. We feel this helps you provide a wide assortment of products to your customers with a small investment of funds. But keep in mind once you sample the products, many cost you less when you buy a higher volume.
How and when will my order be shipped?
Our normal shipping method for wholesale orders is UPS Ground or USPS Priority, depending on the size of the order. But you will have a variety of choices at checkout, in case you need faster delivery methods. The normal turnaround time for shipping an order out is 24-48 hours, not including weekends. Most of our items are stocked within our own warehouse, so that we may expedite order processing. But we have associations with many other companies and suppliers, so your order may be broken down into multiple shipments, if needed. You will receive an e-mail acknowledging our receipt of your order. You will also receive an e-mail when we process the order and when it has been shipped. If the order will be coming to you via multiple shipments, that will be communicated to you via these emails.
How do I pay for my orders?
Payment online is done via PayPal. For more information on why we only use PayPal for online transactions, please view our "Why Only PayPal" page. It can be selected in the "Information" box located on the left hand lower side of any web site page. When you checkout with your order, Paypal payment option will display. Selecting this option will transfer you to Paypal to login and pay for your purchase. You must select the "Continue" link at the bottom of the Paypal screen once payment is made. This will bring you back to our store and alert us that your order has been paid for and will finalize your order and send it to our shipping department. Please read the "Paypal Notice" page for more information.
You may also pay for your order by mailing us a check or money order, but the order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared our bank account. This will delay the shipping of your order significantly. If you wish to wire the funds, please let us know and we can arrange for that type of payment.
How do I become a Wholesale customer?
Simply go to our "Contact Us" page and ask to become a Wholesale Customer. Due to our extremely low minimum order requirements, we employ a verification process in order to ensure that our wholesale customers are indeed business customers, not just a consumer desiring to purchase a few items at wholesale prices. When you send us your request to have your account converted, you must provide us with your name, business name, business address, business phone number and your state sales tax ID number. If your request does not contain the proper information, your account will not be converted to a wholesale account.
I am a Wholesale Customer. Where are the wholesale prices?
Our web site store has just been completed for the "Discount Shoppers". A great deal of work from our technician goes into our web site development. The wholesale portion of our web site is being developed and will be incorporated into the web site immediately upon completion of coding and testing. In the meantime, please feel free to browse our online catalog. For any items you may have interest in, simply note them and send us an inquiry. We will inform you of our wholesale prices for those items. As soon as the online site is available for wholesale customers, we can notify you of its completion. Just let us know you desire notification. You can also ensure notification simply by updating your account information and subscribing to our newsletter. We will distribute a newsletter announcing the wholesale web site availability. You may unsubscribe at any time. We are not in the business of sending you massive amounts of e-mail just to get you to buy our products. We feel our products and prices will speak for themselves. We do utilize the newsletter to inform you of new products, which are arriving all the time, and any specials of which you may want to take advantage.
