Shipping Terms
Shipping is handled via UPS, and United States Postal Service.
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping is based on weight of items and the respective zone they are shipped to.
Orders are normally shipped within 24-48 hours of when the payment was received, not including
weekends.
UPS shipping is charged at the residential based rate.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Oversized orders are subject to additional fees.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs relating to refused shipments.
Refused shippments are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Backordered shipments, when made, will be shipped at prices at time of order.
We will contact you prior to shipping backordered merchandise for approval.
Returns and Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before shipping has occurred.
All returns must be returned in original packaging and condition.
Returns are allowed for up to 10 days after shipment is received, no questions asked.
All returns must have a Return Authorization number. Products returned without a Return
Authorization number will not be accepted and returned to the customer at customers
expense.
All returns must be shipped pre-paid freight, double boxed with RA# displayed on the outside of
the box along with the number of boxes shipped.
All returns must be received no later than 10 days after a Return Authorization Number has been
issued.
Returns will be refunded at the price paid or current price, whichever is lower, less a 25%
restocking fee.
Incomplete returns will not recieve credit and will fall subject to manufacturers warranty, if
one exists.
Items showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for credit.
Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Please allow 2 weeks for processing returns.
Returns must be returned in a re-sellable condition.
Sales of closeout items are final and not subject to returns.
Damages Policy
Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once merchandise has been shipped.
Please contact the carrier immediately for any damaged shipments, and file all
appropriate claims with the carrier.
You must save all boxes, packaging and materials for inspection by the carrier.
