URGENT Notice When Paying for your order via Paypal.
Paypal is fast and easy to use! Let us say that first.
If you select "Paypal" as your method of payment, you will be redirected to the Paypal website to facilitate your payment. Once you have completed your payment, you will be on the Paypal screen that tells you payment has been made sucessfully. At the bottom of this page on the right hand side of your screen will be a link to "Continue". You MUST click on this link!
I repeat....You MUST click on that link! When you click on this link, you are brought back to our checkout page with a confirmation of your order being placed. An email will also be sent to you informing you that we received your order.
If you do not return to our checkout page (by clicking on the link on the Paypal page), then your order will still be in your shopping cart as an order in progress. So the end result is you have paid for an order from Dandy Discount via Paypal, but we do not know the details of your order, as it still appears to us as just items in your shopping cart. If you click on that Paypal link to return here to our site, Paypal alerts us to finalize the order, as it has been paid for by you.
If, for any reason, you do not return to the Dandy Discount Checkout page AFTER making your payment, your order could suffer from the problem above. There are a couple of ways to know if your order was properly processed by Dandy Discount. The first way is to check your E-Mail. You should have received an email from us confirming your order with us. Secondly, you can come back to our site and select "My Account", then go to bottom and select the button that says "Order History". If your order is listed, then it was properly finished and will be shipped out.
If you did not get the email and the order is not listed under "My Account", then the order needs to be fixed. It is very important that should this situation arise, you do not add, change or remove any items from your shopping cart. E-mail us right away via our "Contact Us" link on the left side of your screen in the Information box.
No matter what the status of your order is here, if you paid for the order sucessfully, your payment is totally safe. We get notification of your payment and we can, of course verify it via Paypal. We will finalize the order (with your assistance) and ship your products out immediately.
